By downloading, installing, or using Habitra ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
Habitra is a free habit tracking application for iOS that helps you build and maintain daily habits. The App provides features including habit tracking, streak monitoring, XP and badge systems, stats and analytics, home screen widgets, and smart reminders. The App is developed by Jeanese Latiolais ("we", "us", "our").
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms.
Habitra does not require account creation. No personal information, email addresses, or credentials are collected. Your data is stored locally on your device.
Habitra is free to use. All features in the current release are available at no cost. There are no subscriptions, paywalls, or feature gates.
The App offers optional one-time tip purchases ($1.99, $4.99, $9.99) to support development. Tips are consumable purchases processed by Apple and do not unlock additional features.
All purchases are subject to Apple's refund policies. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com.

The App, including its design, code, graphics, and content, is the intellectual property of Jeanese Latiolais and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy. In summary, all your data is stored locally on your device. We do not collect, store, or process your data on external servers.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the App.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Jeanese Latiolais from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your license to use the App will immediately cease.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
